It is used in extreme circumstances, such as when either a severe forkie is online, a pedophile is attempting to download CP on the VM, a skid is trying to do move his base of operations to the VM, or something along those lines. It is a fork of [[LoveEevee]]'s Everything.exe. Some people are capable of bypassing it, although they are few and far between, and almost no forkie who's trying to do bad shit can get around it.

It is similar to Everything.exe, but unlike Everything.exe which simply blocks a few programs, CHOCOTHING.exe cockblocks everything. Even simple, harmless things like Notepad or MS Paint have been completely blocked. It usually has holes to bypass it which are either patched in the latest versions or kept in as it's so obscure it doesn't even matter. Thanks to niggers stealing the script, there is now a shortcut to close it.
