GO GO GADGET RAPING KIT is a fetish some guy has. He dreams of getting raped by Inspector Gadget.
If the PC is booted into Windows he will make a sudden entrance, make a briefcase with the title GO GO GADGET RAPING KIT, and leave for a while. Sometimes its a few hours, minutes, or days. Even if the PC is not booted into windows he will still make the file. For instance he makes a text file called gogo.txt in Mike OS, and in Terminal Linux he makes a directory named GO GO GADGET RAPING KIT.
Nobody knows who he is but this shit has been going on for a fucking year and everyone wants to kill themselves because of it. C:\Windows\System32\Citation_Needed.exe
