MonoBook is one of the most based themes on MediaWiki. It comes by default, and it was made the default theme from MediaWiki 1.4 to MediaWiki 1.15. It was changed in 1.16 to the shitty ass Vector theme, which makes me want to blow my eyes out.
To get MonoBook: Login > Preferences > Appearance > MonoBook > Save
