Matthew uses this for crowd control and guest invasions.
The whereabouts of the source to his exe file are unknown, all we know is the image file itself that appears on the screen when Shrek.exe is ran.
The file is especially hard to grasp as it deletes itself upon closing.
Matthew deploys this exe through his RAT.
